About The 'Whee Market
Every Tuesday from 4pm to 7pm, The 'Whee Market offers locally grown vegetables, meats, milk, eggs, value-added products, hand-blown and functional glass art, handmade journals, handmade ceramics, handmade clothing, and much more!
A stage complete with electrical hook-up is available for anyone who wants to play some live music or present any art.
Vegetables and fruits available last year included, but was not limited to: slicing tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, sauce tomatoes, basil, carrots, chard, collards, thyme, mint, cilantro, potatoes, sweet potatoes, snap beans, snow peas, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, apples, peaches, hot peppers, sweet peppers, radishes, brussel sprouts, turnips, salad greens, rosemary, cabbages, broccoli, broccolini, summer squash, winter squash, zucchini, cucumbers, dried beans, watermelons, cantaloupes, pumpkins, and more.
The Whee Market was conceived, implemented, and is run by Curt Collins since June of 2012.
